Some deliveries may require third-party freight carriers.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timeframes, workfurniture is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Split Deliveries

workfurniture sources products from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers.

Where orders contain products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive separately and on different dates.

For example:

·       desks and chairs may be shipped separately

·       accessories may arrive independently from furniture items

·       project deliveries may be staged over multiple days

Split deliveries do not constitute incomplete fulfilment or grounds for cancellation.

7. Assembly & Installation

Products may be delivered either assembled or flat-pack depending on the supplier, product type, freight method, and carrier requirements.

Some products may require customer assembly.

Delivery service levels may vary between suppliers and freight carriers. Certain deliveries may be ground-floor only, while others may include delivery to upper floors or placement into the final location where access is suitable.

Unless otherwise specified:

·       assembly is not included

·       installation is not included

·       placement or removal of existing furniture is not included

Installation and project coordination services may be quoted separately.

Customers are responsible for ensuring installation areas are:

·       clear of obstructions

·       safe for delivery and installation teams

Additional charges may apply where installation delays occur due to site readiness or access issues.

8. Freight Damage & Inspection

Customers should inspect products upon delivery wherever reasonably possible.

If products arrive visibly damaged:

·       note the damage with the freight carrier at the time of delivery where possible

·       take photographs where appropriate

·       notify workfurniture as soon as possible following delivery

Prompt reporting assists us in lodging claims with freight providers and suppliers.
